We swung by the Kosco office this afternoon while running errands. I'm so glad we did. The trip to Malaita scheduled for tomorrow night has been canceled, and now the ship is going our direction on Wednesday night. We bought tickets.
So now the William Tell Overture is running through my head, and my adrenaline has kicked in. We should be leaving around 9 p.m. Wednesday night (around 4 a.m. CST, Wednesday morning). It's so nice to know that people are praying us through each step: packing, loading the ship, the overnight ride, the early morning unloading, and the readjusting to village life after nineteen months away. Most likely, we won't have any communication except by radio. Best case scenario would be radio e-mail works well and we measure our speed in cps (characters per second). Twenty cps is a very good day!

DON'T PANIC!!!!! (Heh heh.)
Glad this is working out after all and hope you recover well from being smacked in the face with the quick departure (poor thing. This would drive me crazy, too). Love to you all! We'll be attempting to be patient and watching for any word on your well-being. Holding you close in my heart!

Praying for you! Yah, it will be more of a transition this time, having been away from the village so long. Our God is an awesome God!

We'll all miss the cps' with which we've been spoiled. Giving God thanks that He puts no limit on our cps' with Him!!!
