This morning, we drove out to Lake Conway to celebrate my grandfather's birthday. I love being the oldest child of two oldest children because it means that I have very young grandparents. Benjamin got to shoot a bow and arrow that Grandpa made for my cousin years ago, Sarah collected sweet gum balls for an upcoming Christmas ornament project, I made a chocolate cherry birthday cake, and all the kids enjoyed playing with my brother.   I'm thrilled that we were able to get together for such a special occasion!
