Sprayed well to defend against the bugs, we grabbed a quilt and spread it out. Olivia read some from one of our Africa picture books, and I read from our biography of Mary Slessor. The sun poured through my glass of juice, turning it into a glowing ruby.
Sarah worked on her cross-stitch, Benjamin placed the last pieces of the Artic in place, and Katherine looked for bugs while our brains soaked up another place on the other side of the world and we enjoyed learning together.

Awwwww...those pictures just exude peacefulness. I can't think of a better atmosphere in which to educate your kids. They are learning HEAPS more than any kid in a tradition school setting. What a blessing!!
Love those curls!
Enjoy some warm sunshine of your faces for us! And we'll build a snowman for you guys, ok? :)
Homeschooling outside is my favorite!
Blessings!

We have snow, yet again, but peace of that falling snow and the sounds of silence are welcomed by us today.
Not enough snow for a snowman, but enough to keep me inside for now.
Love you 6.
