We're about to load the truck and drive down to the wharf to load cargo. We'll also try to find some spaces on the deck where we can spread out and get some rest on our overnight trip. We should leave Honiara around 9 p.m. (4 a.m. CST) and arrive in Marulaon Village around 6 a.m. (1 p.m. CST). Thanks so much for your prayers!
If the radio e-mail works, I will post on the blog. If not, look for a whole lot of posts when we get back to Honiara in February!

This poem came to mind. Praying for you as you are ferried across the water.

Ferry Me Across the Water
by Christina Rossetti
"Ferry me across the water,
Do, boatman, do."
"If you've a penny in your purse
I'll ferry you."
"I have a penny in my purse,
And my eyes are blue;
So ferry me across the water,
Do, boatman, do."
"Step into my ferry-boat,
Be they black or blue,
And for the penny in your purse
I'll ferry you."
