Nolensville, Tennessee

Providence Baptist Church gave us a very warm welcome as we returned to share with them about Bible translation around the world.

Our sweet friends orchestrated the creation of this thoughtful blessing.  According to the story I heard, the children's ministry at this church were placing their hands on the cloth as we were flying over the ocean to return to the States for medical tests.

I think I'm going to ask Julie or Gayly to help make this into a beautiful twin-sized quilt, since they both know what they are doing, and I don't have a clue.

The Wednesday night crowd interacted beautifully and asked lots of questions about Bible translation.  It was a joy to refresh our relationship with this sweet church.

And this family was thoughtful enough to invite us to stay again, even though they are getting ready to move to a new house soon.

Before we left Thursday morning, Raluca let our guys pick out bowties.  (She has an Etsy shop where you can buy your very own, way cool bowtie!)

So thankful for this family and for the encouragement we always receive whenever we spend time with them!

What a sweet gift - along with all the prayers that likely went into it :D
You could quilt it, or an easier option would be to buy a twin flat sheet and sew them together into a duvet cover. (Turn right sides together, sew around three edges, and most of the bottom open to get the comforter in and out). Just an idea, you might rather have a quilt :D
You sure see a lot of the country!

Brilliant idea, Julie! Even I can make that 😀
