SITAG is a great place to work, but it is also a great place to play.  One of our colleagues has an almost-daily "uniform" of a pink shirt and a denim skirt.  So, today, we surprised her, and everybody dressed up in pink shirts and denim, men, women, ex-pats, and nationals all together.
