This fun couple invited us over last night for great fellowship and one last taste of their world-famous hot fudge sauce.

Our journey to the Solomon Islands actually began in this very room seven years ago as we sat and visited with Lori and KJ and they began to put us in touch with different people in the world of Bible translation.

Even the adults found dessert to be "finger lickin' good"!

We sat and talked late into the night while the kids played outside in the back yard.

Our children had never caught lightening bugs (fun fun in Lavukaleve) before, and their joy and delight was contagious!

Lots of 'one last times' going on there right now. Isn't it wonderful to sit in the presence of someone and reflect on life direction? How things are and how things could be so different if it weren't for different choices and people in our paths?

I've never even SEEN a lightening bug!

Blessings, Debbie

I am so glad for these moments you have with people, what awesome memories!
We miss lightning bugs so much, it is so dry here that we don't have lightning bugs:( I'm sure our kids would find the same delight!
