Choate Family arrives in the village

Dear Followers of the Choate blog,
We are experiencing some technical difficulties with the radio email modem
that the Choates have. We will be sending out a different modem on the ship
this weekend. However, I have had clear radio communication with them and
they say that they arrived in their village safe and sound. They are all
doing well and they are settling back into village life. They have been
able to enjoy some of the produce that they planted the last time they were
in the village.

If you have any short messages that you would like for me to pass on via the
radio, feel free to send them to the following address:
deputy.solomon.islands@sil.org If everything goes well, they will be able
to resume their blogging on November 9th.
Sincerely,
Andy Pierce
SITAG Deputy Director
