As you know, each of us has a list of goals we want to accomplish during our furlough in the States.  One of my goals is to learn to sew better and to teach my kids along the way.  We finally got started this week.



Using the girls' home economic books from Pearables and spurred to action by Mollie, the girls worked on making bags to send to Abbie in Virginia.  Anyone care to join us?


Sarah and Olivia each finished a bag (Katherine practiced sewing straight seams & Benjamin is in line to make a bag, too), and they are both eager to begin another one.  Pictures soon...
