"The month is amber,
Gold, and brown,
Blue ghosts of smoke
Float through the town,

Great V's of geese
Honk overhead,,
And maples turn
A fiery red."

We're headed out the door to the apple orchard for a field trip...

I love all the poetry you post :D

Such good news about your friend reading Owa - her own language!

And so sorry about the hurricane day and the stolen bike, but so glad for the grace of God to carry us through.

I love the parallel experience--we went on Saturday! Hope you have a wonderful time and really enjoy all the varieties and yummy apple smells. Hugs to you all.

Hope you have a blast at the orchard. We loved seeing fall colors this week end and are loving the cool weather it brings!
