Faithfulness

Faithfulness keeps popping up as a theme this year.  Even at the beginning of the year, before we ever knew about all of the crazy things the world would face in 2020, faithfulness consistently jumps into our conversations and our thoughts.  We observe faithfulness in our marriage, in our colleagues, in our daily routines, and, most importantly, in our God.

"So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live your lives in him, rooted and built up in him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness.
Colossians 2:6-7

Even as we are trying to find a boat for Aaron to ride to the Russells, and even as these boats keep changing their schedules and not going our direction, we continue to be faithful.  Aaron advisor checks the gospel of Mark and serves SITAG on the Advisory Committee, and his cargo for the village stays packed and ready.  The girls and I continue with school and music practice.  We all make time each day to love the Lord with our hearts, souls, minds, and strengths.  We choose to live our lives in Him, following the wise words Paul penned in his letter to the Colossians.
