Once we started back to school, our hikes stayed closer to home. We explored the Kenny Vernon Nature Trail one afternoon.
But most days were filled with either learning about music or making music.
I got to play the "harp" part for the symphonic orchestra concert.
We unexpectedly took a quick trip to Memphis to attend Grandaddy Brewer's funeral.
We are so thankful for Highland Heights Baptist Church
and for the sweet people who crossed our paths while we served there.
Then it was back to studying and making music.
Katherine has thoroughly enjoyed playing her cello in the Arkansas Symphony Youth Orchestras.
The January concert was a "side by side" concert with the Arkansas Symphony, including one of her favorite teachers, Mr. Buck.
